As the coordinator for a think tank which occurs to operate online, I am constantly speaking to innovators, inventors, and inventive geniuses with regards to their ideas and latest new concepts. Now then, I will admit many of these concepts are absolutely ridiculous, and completely laughable, but others do make a lot of sense, and a number of them might even change the way we live. Often they solve the situation within our society or civilization, or they make a company more efficient, or make our way of life little easier.
They are saying that; “necessity will be the mother of invention,” and then there is most likely an excellent amount of truth for that, at least from my own, personal observations and experiences. And each time we seem to have an issue, someone comes in addition to a solution, and an invention or innovation to visit together with it. However, before they could get their invention to the marketplace, they need to go and obtain New Invention Ideas. It’s amazing exactly how much it costs to get a real patent filed, to accomplish the patent search, to complete all of the paperwork, and then you have to wait.
We hear a great deal in our society about “winning the near future” as well as that seems to strike a chord with America, we are saying yes, we want to progress mankind, you want our nation to be on the leading edge while we enter the future, and that we want our innovators, entrepreneurs, and inventors to visit available and complete the work. Yes, that’s a noble calling, and that i believe that Americans are willing to answer that call. But it’s just ludicrous, and insane for us to make them jump through so many hoops, and to create lots of money to file a patent, that cash could be used designing their first prototype inside their garage.
It appears society is busy crushing small business entrepreneur, and taking part in crony capitalism for free political war chest credits through large corporate lobbyists. We are doing everything in the world to crush the small guy, and after that we have been asking that middle-class, those producers to cover more in taxes. Have you been kidding me? Apparently not! We are triggered think that that’s how you can move our nation forward. I would personally say to you America – that it’s not.
Recently I read an extremely interesting article in the LA times, inside the small enterprise section on July 11, 2011. The content was titled; “Patent Bill Creates Worry for Independent Inventors – US Legislation Would Change the System to Paper Those First to File Ideas,” by Cynthia’s Zwhalen. This article noted the average patent took 33.9 months to achieve, which the Inventhelp Caveman Commercials and Trademark Office includes a backlog as of May 2011 of 703,000, 175.
Those statistics are very scary, much more scary compared to the cost to submit an idea patent, once you get done with the drawings, the patent search, the patent attorneys, and also the filing fees – basically, you’re easily checking out between 15,000 to 25,000 dollars. Without a patent someone will just rip you off, steal your idea, and mass produce it in China and then sell it off worldwide. It doesn’t make sense to participate in a game that is certainly rigged.
Worse, there exists a terrible downside to intellectual property being stolen from Americans. And if our company is to win the near future, we must protect ourselves, and we need a little bit of tea, along with a little assistance from the government to travel available and help us. Once you file a patent, it doesn’t mean anything, you still need to protect yourself, and hire lawyers to travel after anybody who tries to rip it off, which costs much more than filing a patent.
Not forgetting the veracity that if a Corporation has somehow violated Inventhelp Caveman, they might run you of income, simply because they have in-house lawyers, up until you finally have to quit. That simply adds insult to trouble for the nearly 3 years it took to get your patent, and all sorts of the fee you’ve already set up front. The entire world needs these inventions and innovations now, not just for alternative energy, new transportation devices, and products and services which are safer for the environment, but we also need that tznwus businesses could get started, and begin hiring Americans, and get people back to work.
The federal government says it’s working on the problem, and maybe it thinks it is, however when I look back and scan the final decade, all I see are common the difficulties that they’ve created with a massive bureaucracy that has gotten us to this point, rather than put us within the driver’s seat, in the first place. I would personally submit to you that everything all of these gentlemen are performing to fix the problem, isn’t working, and we would have been better off without any of this, we should have saved the cash. Please consider all this and think into it.
